    The GI-Metal Adjustable Peel Rest is a Naples-style peel handle support, manufactured in stainless steel with marble base.

    The height of the peel handle support is adjustable to match the height of the floor of your oven, while the marble base offers stability. The U-shape support is particularly useful for resting the peel handle during pizza cooking phase in deeper ovens (in classic Neapolitan style).
