    Whether your are cooking your own, a ready made fresh or frozen pizza, the GI-Metal aluminium small round pizza server handy peel, is very light, practical and is ideal for handling pizzas from either domestic or commercial wood fired / gas fired ovens.

    The round aluminium peel head has a diameter of 28 cm (11 inch).

    The blue polymer handle is resistant to:

    • high temperatures
    • impact
    • scratches

    It is certified for food use.
