    The S.H.A. grey GI-Metal Evoluzione Aluminium Perforated Peel has an anodised aluminium handle. Available in a choice of 33 cm or 50 cm head diameter with either a 120 cm or 150 cm long anodised aluminium handle. The S.H.A. (Special Hard Anodizing) is a hard oxide anodizsation provides 3 times greater heat protection than anodised aluminium. The S.H.A. also guaranteeing maximum protection against corrosion, wear and friction, ensuring an extreme smoothness and maintaining the same lightness of the timeless Azzurra range. The perforation design guarantees the flour discharge in two directions, ensuring an incomparable results.
