Description
GI-Metal’s Azzurra Line Solid Peels with neutral anodised head and light blue anodised handle.
They have reduced weight compared to classic models, but are extremely sturdy with oval tubular handle to favour stability and prevent rotation.
Features include:
- A light and flexible head which allows the scraper effect with appropriate ribbing that ensures resistance
- The neutral anodising makes the surface even and protects it against oxidation
- Gentle, regular milling facilitates taking hold of the pizza.
- The head handle joint consists in the overlay of the two elements secured by three large rivets in line that guarantee safety and no movement, in addition the absence of vibrations transmitted to the handle make it more comfortable to use.
Available with round or rectangular heads in a variety of head sizes from 30 cm – 41 cm and handle lengths from 30 cm – 150 cm.
Handle type options:
- a single piece handle (one piece)
- a split handle (two piece) which facilitate easy delivery. Supplied individually packed to allow for protective packaged shipping. Really convenient for those needing us to ship by post or courier without damage.
