The Andiron GI-Metal Commercial Firedog is a professional standard andiron firedog for holding firewood inside the oven.
Made of untreated steel, its shape allows for perfect combustion by circulating air under the wood. The circulated air improves the yield of the combustion to bring the oven to the required temperatures.
