The solid or semi-perforated GI-Metal Alice Rectangular Pizza Peel has a neutral anodised aluminium 33 cm x 33 cm or 36 cm x 36 cm rectangular head and black anodised handle. The rectangular head provides the perfect housing for the pizza with a very large curve radius, and is embossed at the bottom. The thickness of 20/10 mm gives it rigidity and guarantees a firm head able to support even the heaviest pizzas. The milling is on the front.
