The small 20 cm GI-Metal economy round turning peel is made entirely of stainless steel with a perfectly round head.
Available with either a solid or perforated head, the perforated head’s diffused slots reduce its weight.
The handle base and sliding interim grip are made of a specific high-density, heat and impact resistant polymer. The interim grip has a locking mechanism and can be moved to the top of the handle when the peel is not in use.
