The wings positioned half way up prevent small peels and brushes from moving when hooked. The advantage of hooking small peels with the head downwards, reduces the risk of involuntary burns.

The wings positioned half way up prevent small peels and brushes from moving when hooked. The advantage of hooking small peels with the head downwards, reduces the risk of involuntary burns.
It has a capacity for up to 10 pieces:
- 4 various size peels (for handles up to 150 cm)
- 4 supports for small peels and brushes
- it is possible to use them to hang another 2 tools (for example short peel, dough-cutters, brush….) on the wings
