The GI-Metal Neapolitan perforated turning peel has been designed to meet the needs of pizza makers who make pizza in the Neapolitan style. As traditional Neapolitan wood ovens reach 500°C / 932°F and cook a large number of pizzas, the small peels are made entirely of stainless steel. The thickness the peel has been optimised to withstand high temperatures.

The GI-Metal Neapolitan perforated turning peel has a 150 cm (59 inch) long handle with a choice of 20 cm (7.87 inch), 23 cm (9.06 inch) or 26 cm (10.24 inch) head diameter.

The GI-Metal Neapolitan perforated turning peel has been designed to meet the needs of pizza makers cooking in the Neapolitan style.

As traditional Neapolitan wood ovens reach 500°C / 932°F and cook a large number of pizzas, the small peels are made entirely of stainless steel. The thickness the peel has been optimised to withstand high temperatures.

The small perforated turning peel properties include:
